VSM tutorial: look for WIP and inventories first

Inventories and WIP are important levers to accelerate flow, they're not alway properly documented in Value Stream Maps. Reducing WIP and inventories does not modify the process, something which can be of great importance when processes must be audited and qualified in case of a change.
It is often important to consider process batch and transfer batch differently. Learn why in this video.
