½ Cup Moog dal
½ Cup Udit dal
½ Cup wheat
½ Cup Rice
½ Cup Flattened Rice
1 Tablespoon Coriander powder
½ Teaspoon Cumin
½ Teaspoon Black Mustard seeds
½ Teaspoon Turmeric
½ Teaspoon Asafoetida
½ Teaspoon Fenugreek seeds
¼ Teaspoon Black pepper seeds
7/8 Cloves
3 Dry Bedgi Mirchi
1 Teaspoon Ginger Powder
