Finger Strength: How I Keep/Increase it on a Rock Climbing Trip

A quick video about the struggle of upholding one's Finger Strength during a Rock Climbing Trip. It's a common paradox: Although You climb more meters than usual, the exceptional fitness acquired during trip preparation seems to deteriorate over time. This time I will try to prevent this awefulness from happening by torturing myself on a Portable Hangboard called Fingerschinder.
