ज्यादातर लोगो को IVF का ट्रीटमेंट mental harassment लगता है की उन्हें break लेनेकी जरुरत होती है। इसमें husband से wife को यह प्रोसीजर emotionally challenging हो सकता है। यह सब टल सकता है अगर पेशेंट को इस प्रोसीजर के बारेमें सचाई बताये रखे तो।

हर एक पेशेंट को यह जानना बोहोत जरुरी है की
- -IVF success rate 35-40% होता है।
- - IVF करने केलिए मानसिक तौर पे २ से ३ बार करने केलिए तैयार होना है।
- - IVF का खर्चा कम से कम 1 से 2 लाख के बीच में होता है और अगर आपके कुछ additional treatments की जरुरत हो तो उसके charges अलग add किये जाते है। इसलिए पेशेंट्स को IVF केलिए finacially prepare होना बोहोत जरुरी है।

अगर embryo transfer करने के बाद अगर आपका implantation नहीं हुआ तो ४-५ दिन में आपको पीरियड आ जाता है।

अगर IVF fail हुआ तो फिरसे यह ट्रीटमेंट कब शुरू करनी चाहिए ?
आपको यह ध्यान में रखना है की क्या embryo transfer fresh है या frozen embryo transfer है। अगर embryo transfer fresh हुआ है तो पेशेंट को २-३ महीने रुकना है। अगर frozen embryo transfer हुआ हो तो IVF की ट्रीटमेंट फिरसे जल्दी ही कर सकते है या आप एक महीना break ले सकते है ।

इसलिए पेशेंट्स ज्यादा देर रुकिए ना क्योकि IVF succeful होने केलिए २ चीज़े काफी महत्वपूर्ण है पेशेंट की उम्र और IVF करने का सही समय। अगर आप अपना फैसला वक्त पे लेते हो तो आप आपने IVF के success rate के खुद ज़िम्मेदार बन सकते है।
