INGREDIENTS:
1/3 chicken breast
2 tbsp mixed vegetables (peas, carrots and corn)
1 mushroom
1 bowl of cooked rice
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 tbsp ketchup

DIRECTIONS:
First slice the mushroom thinly. Next cut up the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Add a little oil to your frying pan and stir-fry the chicken until done. Then add the mushrooms and mixed vegetables until done. Add in the bowl of rice and stir-fry until rice is no longer sticking to each other. Add in ketchup and stir until ketchup has incorporated into the rice. Finally season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
