For a flaky quick pie crust follow the listed recipe:
2 cups All Purpose Flour
2 tsp salt
2/3 c lard (butter if you don’t have lard)
12 tbsp ice water (give it take)

Mix first two ingredients
Cut in lard with pastry cutter
Add water a couple tablespoons at a time, stirring gently and eventually using hand to knead in loose flour. Form into a ball
Wrap in Saran Wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Use in any recipe that calls for pie crust or a pastry crust.
