At 53, I train smart to avoid injury. This full-body kettlebell workout uses simple, controlled movements to build strength without ego. Slow, intentional, and effective.

This session uses a 48 lb (22 kg) kettlebell and focuses on core engagement and total-body fundamentals. I repeat a lot of the same movements weekly because they work — no fluff, just results.

I've learned to leave ego at the door. If I feel good, I push a bit. If not, I scale back. It’s not about maxing out — it’s about longevity, showing up, and training with purpose.

Slower doesn’t mean weaker. It means smarter.
