Hegemony Board Game: The State Player Setup, General Rules, and How To Play A Round

This video will teach players how to play Hegemony, an asymmetric economic and political simulation. This video is the fifth in a series of rule videos about Hegemony: Lead Your Class to Victory. It will cover how the State Player board is set up, and go into detail with the State Player rules as we walk through what each phase of a turn would be in the game. Other rules videos in the series will discuss general rules and playstyle of the other factions.
