300 grams chicken breast (cut into small cubes)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1-2 tbsp oyster sauce

DOUGH:
1 cup warm milk (250ml)
1 egg
2 tbsps sugar (30g)
2 tsp instant yeast (6g)
3 and 1/4 cup all purpose flour (400g)
4 tbsps butter (50g)
1/2 tsp salt (3g)

TOPPING:
Mozzarella chees
eggwash: 1 egg+2 tbsp milk
sesame seeds
