The rep and percentage calculator is a great way of improving your favorite exercises. By using the chart to the right, it should provide a general overview to find your current one rep max. As we do hope to have the one rep max generator in full operation soon, we do recommend using the % based guideline until we are up and running. The current percentages are as follows;

Strength (85% – 95%) e.g. 85% for 5 reps X 5 sets or 90% for 3 reps X 5 sets

Building (70% – 80%) e.g. 75% for 10 reps X 5 sets

Endurance (50% – 65%) e.g. 60% for 15 reps X 4 sets
