How to Make Meat Masala Powder at Home

Welcome to one Scoop Party! In this video, learn how to make a rich and aromatic meat masala powder at home using a blend of perfectly roasted whole spices and herbs. Spices Ingredients:
2 tbsps coriander seeds
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 inch cinnamon stick
2 bay leaves
10-12 curry leaves
½ tsp oil
4-5 garlic cloves
2 star anise
1 tbsp dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp fennel seeds (saunf)
20-25 black peppercorns
2 tbsps Bengal gram
6-8 cloves
3-4 green cardamoms
1 black cardamom
½ piece of nutmeg (jaiphal)
2 mace blade (javitri)
6-7 dried red chillies

Dry Ingredients :
1 Tsp turmeric powder
1 Tsp dried ginger powder (saunth)
Half Tsp asafoetida (hing)
1 Tsp dried mango powder (amchur)
1 Tbsp red chilli powder
1 Tsp salt


Method:
1. Dry Roast: In a non-stick pan, dry roast the coriander seeds, royal cumin seeds, fennel seeds, black peppercorns, Bengal gram, cloves, green cardamoms, black cardamom, nutmeg, mace blades, cinnamon stick, bay leaves ,star anise ,dried fenugreek leaves, Kashmiri red chilies, and curry leaves to the pan and roast for another 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer the roasted spices onto a large plate. Allow them to cool completely.
2. Grind: Once cooled, transfer the roasted spices to a grinder. Add dried mango powder ,Salt Kashmiri red chili powder, turmeric powder, dried ginger powder, and asafoetida.
Grind everything into a fine powder.
3. Store: Transfer the meat masala powder into an airtight jar and store for up to 60 days.
