Obviously Square Enix owns the rights to all the game content, music, concept art, and footage used. A lot of other footage was lifted from promotional footage and material posted to the official Final Fantasy XV youtube channel, the Namco Bandai youtube channel, and the Square Enix youtube channel. I couldn't justify talking about it in the video but the Pitioss Ruins are a FANTASTIC dungeon and one of my favorite parts of the game.
