Looking for REVENGE from last year!! - Billings Wolves Dynasty (S2:G1)

This week we are hosting the Utah State Aggies for our first game this season. Last year they beat us in a heartbreaker in overtime. Let's see if we can learn from our mistakes from last year and start this season off right.

The Billings Wolves are from Billings, Montana and we are trying to make them into the next powerhouse dynasty starting from Tier 2 of the college football pyramid.

House Rules (to add difficulty to the series in recruiting)
- Only allowed to scout the athlete once (with a max of level 2 scouting)
- No recruiting low-lock cheese players
- Cannot add recruits to our board after week 7
- If a recruit is on our board we have to invest some amount of points into them
- Only allowed to recruit to the number of seniors
- Assistant coaches have a x/8 chance of getting a skill upgrade (depends on head coaches level)
- Head coach upgrades are completely randomized
- Cannot hot route
- Only allowed to field a max of 2 punts
- Team Caliber recruiting restrictions
- Only allowed to recruit one player in our home division (Mountain division)
- Can recruit anybody (up to 2 players) of any star level in Montana and Idaho if we are in their top 3
