Hello Everyone, Today we are making a Chicken Fry Recipe.

Ingredients - Chicken 1kg (කුකුල් මස් 1kg)
2 Onion (ලුණු ගෙඩි 2)
Black Pepper Powder 1tbsp (ගම්මිරිස් කුඩු මේස හැන්දක් )
Garlic Ginger Paste 2 tbsp (ඉගුරු / සුදුළුණු මේස හැන්දි 2)
Curry leaves (කරපිංචා)
Chili powder 2tbsp (මිරිස් කුඩු මේස හැන්දි 2)
Turmeric powder 1/2tbsp (කහ කුඩු මේස හැන්දි භාගයක් )
Cumin seed 1tsp (සූදුරු තේ හැන්දක් පමණ )
Salt (ලුණු )
Coconut oil (පොල්තෙල්)
Tamarind Paste 1tbsp (සියබලා මේස හැන්දක් පමණ )

Mix Spices Powder -
Dried Chili Pepper (වියලි මිරිස් කරල් 4-5)
Coriander (කොත්තමල්ලි )
Cardamom (කරදමුංගු ඇට 2-3)
Cinnamon (කුරුදු කැබැල්ලක්)
Cloves (කරාබුනැට් )
