Delicious Shrimp Fried Rice👀

Shrimp Fried rice Recipe:
5 cups Jasmine rice rinsed and drained well prepare rice per bag instructions
2 cups of chicken stock (I used Better Than Bullion)
make sure to minus the amount of water you use for your rice because of the chicken stock .If your following my recipe exactly as I made it there is no need to do this.
2 lbs of med to lrg Shrimp
4 eggs
1 bag of shredded carrots
1/2 onion
1 large bunch of green onions
1 tbsp of fresh Ginger
1tbsp of Oyster sauce
1/2 tsp of Five Spice seasoning
1tsp Black pepper
1tsp White pepper
1tsp Granulated Garlic
1/2 tsp of Kosher Salt for chicken and Shrimp
