Servings: 3 ~ 4 Persons

Ingredients for Black Pepper Chicken Recipe:

A) For Marination:
1. Chicken breast : 250 grams (Thin slice cut)
2. Salt - 1/4 Tsp
3. Sugar - 1/4 Tsp
4. Egg white - 1
5. Corn flour - 2 Tbsp
Note: Mix well and fry for 3 ~5 minutes on low flame.

B) For Black Pepper Sauce:
1. Cooking Oil - 2 ~ 3 Tbsp
2. Garlic Chopped - 01 Tbsp
3. Onions - 1/2 medium Size (Petals)
4. Green Bell Pepper Chopped - 1/2 Medium Size
5. Green Chilli - 2 ~ 3 Sliced in Half
6. Dried Red Chilli - 3 pcs Whole
7. Water - 250 mL
8. Salt - 1/4 Tsp
9. Chicken powder - 01 Tsp
10. Soya sauce - 01 Tbsp
11. Oyster sauce - 01 Tbsp
12. Black Pepper grinded - 1/2 Tsp

C) For Slurry:
1. Corn flour - 01 Tbsp
2. Water - 03 Tbsp
