長壽路是中國廣州市荔灣區的一條道路，呈東西走向，全長約645米，寬約13米。東起人民中路，西至寶華路，全路分東、西兩段，由人民中路至康王南路為長壽東路，往西為長壽西路。華林寺也在附近，地鐵一號線的長壽路站位於長壽西路與寶華路的交會處。目前車輛通行方向為由東往西單向通行。
長壽東路口原是“第七甫水腳”，由光復路至德星路一段原是“長壽直街”（長壽直街南段和德星裡現在變成德星路），由此至帶河路口（現為康王路）一段原是「玉器圩」。長壽西路口至文昌路一段，是「永華坊」；近西邊一段，是「汝南洲」。
長壽路於1931年擴建，擴建時上述街巷開闢成馬路，馬路沿用「長壽」名稱，長壽直街原因附近有長壽寺而得名。文化大革命時期東西兩段長壽路曾被命名為“曙光路”，後復名長壽路。
上西關涌的發源地在長壽西路和康王路交界處以北的位置。
道路兩旁商業興旺，長壽東路建有荔灣廣場；長壽西路則售賣玉器、首飾。在1950年代初期，一群在長壽路一帶，受國共內戰影響的玉器商人，從廣州移居香港。到了香港後都集中在油麻地廣東道附近開設玉器店鋪，多年後玉器店鋪林立，便成為了現今的甘肅街玉器市場。
由於地鐵長壽路站靠近上下九步行街，長壽路與寶華路、第十甫路、上下九形成商業圈。

自製伊麵的麵店在廣州碩果僅存，開業逾半世紀的堅記是其中一家。由打麵、煮麵至炸麵，繁複的工序每天清晨四時多便開始，並由三位師傅合作主理。餐廳除了主營伊麵，也有生、熟蛋麵和瀨粉，煮麵阿姨對烹調麵條的時間掌控得恰到好處，配上以鯪魚、豬骨、蝦子蝦皮等熬成的湯底，使其麵食美味可口。店家亦販售盒裝伊麵；除麵食外，更有販售老火粥。

Changshou Road is a road in Liwan District, Guangzhou, China. It runs east-west, with a total length of about 645 meters and a width of about 13 meters. It starts from Renmin Middle Road in the east and ends at Baohua Road in the west. The road is divided into two sections, east and west. The section from Renmin Middle Road to Kangwang South Road is Changshou East Road, and the section to the west is Changshou West Road. Hualin Temple is also nearby. The Changshou Road Station of Metro Line 1 is located at the intersection of Changshou West Road and Baohua Road. At present, the direction of vehicle traffic is one-way from east to west.
The intersection of Changshou East Road was originally "Seventh Po Water Foot", and the section from Guangfu Road to Dexing Road was originally "Changshou Straight Street" (the southern section of Changshou Straight Street and Dexingli have now become Dexing Road), and the section from here to the intersection of Daihe Road (now Kangwang Road) was originally "Jade Market". The section from Changshou West Road to Wenchang Road is "Yonghuafang"; the section near the west is "Ru'nanzhou".
Changshou Road was expanded in 1931. During the expansion, the above-mentioned streets and lanes were opened into roads. The road continued to use the name "Changshou". Changshou Street was named because there was a Changshou Temple nearby. During the Cultural Revolution, the east and west sections of Changshou Road were named "Shuguang Road", and later renamed Changshou Road.
The origin of Shangxiguanyong is located north of the intersection of Changshou West Road and Kangwang Road.
Business is booming on both sides of the road. Liwan Square was built on Changshou East Road; jade and jewelry are sold on Changshou West Road. In the early 1950s, a group of jade merchants in the Changshou Road area, affected by the civil war between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party, moved from Guangzhou to Hong Kong. After arriving in Hong Kong, they concentrated on opening jade shops near Canton Road in Yau Ma Tei. After many years, jade shops were lined up and became the current Gansu Street Jade Market.
As the Changshou Road subway station is close to Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street, Changshou Road forms a business circle with Baohua Road, Diyifu Road, and Shangxiajiu.

Jian Ji, which has been in business for more than half a century, is one of the few noodle shops that make their own Yi noodles in Guangzhou. From beating noodles, boiling noodles to frying noodles, the complicated process starts at 4:00 a.m. every morning and is managed by three chefs. In addition to the main Yi noodles, the restaurant also has raw and cooked egg noodles and rice noodles. The noodle cooker has a perfect control of the cooking time of the noodles, and the soup base made of dace, pork bones, shrimp roe and shrimp skin makes the noodles delicious. The store also sells boxed Yi noodles; in addition to noodles, it also sells traditional porridge.
