This pan was severely abused and left for dead. I found it, and a few others, tucked away in one of our teaching kitchens. I assume the pans were not performing very well so they were shelved. Go figure! In this video, I use Bar Keepers Friend cleanser and a load of elbow grease to get them back into tip-top shape,
