This is a video about my trip to Carlingwark Loch parkrun in Castle Douglas. I travelled by public transport using trams, trains and buses.

This is the parkrun https://www.parkrun.org.uk/carlingwar.... It is on 20 events so fairly new to the wonderful world of parkrun. It is on paths and trails. I think with recent rain I made an error not wearing trail shoes but just went nice and slow on those parts.

Really grateful for the warm welcome, being able to stay warm in the Crannog before the parkrun and to the wonderful mum and daughter who invited me for breakfast. Such warmth is so amazing!
