Hello Sunspots!

This was originally a request from a viewer but it grew into a project I felt I had to do. I always knew severe anxiety is a very real problem. I've seen and talked to many people have episodes of extreme fear with no immediate cause. And then, during the making of this audio, I actually experienced one myself. That's why it took so long to finish.

Never bottle up your fears. There is always someone willing to listen.
