काकडी आंबोळी साहित्य आणि प्रमाण :

२ कप तांदूळ
१ कप किसलेली काकडी
१ कप शिजवलेला भात
चवीनुसार मीठ
एक कप आंबोळी पिठासाठी पाव टीस्पून तेल आणि एक चिमूट बेकिंग सोडा
