If you're struggling for the answer...perhaps Greg O'Shea can help! Running a marathon is an unbelievable achievement. It takes dedication, focus, strength and of course – endurance to cross the finish line after 26.2 miles!

Since hanging up the boots, Greg O’Shea has hit the roads in more disciplines than one and has completed several endurance events including the London Marathon & L’Etape du Tour and an Ironman in Barcelona. Greg has a hectic 2024 in store after signing up for some BIG events over the coming months.

Greg has learned some valuable lessons along the way that we wanted to learn about so we don’t have to make the same ones…
