INGREDIENTS:
Crêpes: yields 20 x 20cm crepes
+ 3 eggs
+ 450 ml milk
+ 50 g sugar
+ 150 g flour
+ some melted butter

Cream filling:
+ 600 ml double cream
+ 60 g sugar
+ 1 tsp vanilla extract
*If you want to be really FANCY FANCY, you can also make a crème diplomate (mixing custard cream with whipped cream) and this would eve bring it closer to the crème brûlée taste

Toppings:
+ 1 cup tapioca pearls
+ 2 cup brown sugar
+ 1 cup water
+ 200 ml double cream
+ 20 g sugar
+ some extra sugar for caramel glaze
