I am in Quetta, Pakistan, and in this video, I am going to review the remaining street foods that I have eaten in Quetta, such as chicken biryani, Sajji and Chapati bread, Kabuli Pulao and Rosh, Lahori Fruit Chaat, and Kulfi Falooda.

Al-Rehman Chicken Biryani Quetta:
Al-Rehman Biryani is very famous in Quetta and also has very delicious chicken biryanis. The combination of white and yellow rice with pieces of chicken makes this biryani truly unique. They have two types of chicken biryani: plain and spicy, usually served with raita (Pakistani yogurt), vegetables, and cold drinks. I tasted both and can honestly say that their biryani ar the best.

Lahori Creamy Fruit Chaat:
Lahori fruit chaat is a delicious and popular dessert in Quetta, Pakistan. This dessert consists of a mix of fresh fruits, cream, and gelatine. Fresh fruits in this dessert include bananas, peaches, and apples. Syrup is also poured over the fruits, making it an interesting and attractive combination. Lahori fruit chaat is a delicious and surprising experience that I really liked.

Kulfi Falooda: The traditional and delicious dessert sold in a 65-year-old shop in Pakistan. Kulfi is actually a type of dessert that's creamier and thicker than other ice creams and is served with their famous Falooda, sweet basil seeds, and syrup. They also had a very interesting drink that I had never tasted before, a combination of water, sugar, cream, and ice cream in bottles similar to soda, which tasted sweet and delightful.

Kabuli Pulao and Rosh:
The delicious food of Shah Wali restaurant in Quetta is unparalleled. The Shah Wali restaurant in Quetta, Pakistan, is famous for its delicious Kabuli Pulao and Rosh. Their Kabuli Pulao consists of aromatic basmati rice, very tender meat, raisins, carrots, and various spices, and Rosh or Namakeen gosht (salty meat) is prepared with lamb meat, fat, and salt. They brought me a large tray of Kabuli Pulao which had salty meat and Afghan kebab, which was amazing.

Mutton Sajji with Chapati Bread in Lehri Sajji House:
Sajji is a traditional and popular food in Pakistan made from meat on a skewer. The meats are put on skewers and lowered into the ground where a firewood fire is prepared, and the muttons are slowly being kebabed in front of the fire. The skewers are removed from the ground and the mutton meats are chopped with a cleaver, then chili masala is sprinkled on them, and then a few pieces of meat are placed on Chapati bread, rolled and eaten. It's very tasty and truly enjoyable.

This is my last video in Quetta, where I enjoyed every moment with the kind people of Pakistan and tasting the very exciting street food here. I hope you also enjoy these videos and continue to follow us.
