I used 850g 00 flour, 5g yeast, 500g water and 25g salt. This made 5 dough balls.

It’s super easy to make good pizza using your regular home oven - first place your dough into a hot pan to cook the base, then transfer it under the grill (or broiler). The whole process takes less than five minutes to make from the moment it goes into the pan.
