Brookies | Easy and QUICK Recipe

Do you know Brookies ? It's a sweet chocolate dessert for everyone who loves both cookies and brownies. A brookie is really easy to make and a foolproof sweet treat to make. If it's your first time hearing about brookies, no worries, I have the full detailed recipe right here.


You start the brookies with a sweet brownie batter and then you need to cover that with cookie dough. With this recipe the final texture of the brookie is all up to you. If you like a fudgy and moist finish you need to bake te brookie for 30 min maximum. If not you can bake it longer.

For thie recipe, I am using a glass baking dish. If you are using a metal mould, your baking time might be a bit less than mine. So definitely check when baking so you achieve the desire result.

Ingredients

*Brownie batter
75 g all purpose flour, 2/3 cup
60 g sugar, 1/2 cup
70 g butter, 1/3 cup
2 eggs
125 g milk chocolate , 3/4 cup
A pinch of salt

*Cookie dough
85 g all purpose flour, 3/4 cup
50 g brown sugar, 1/3 cup
60 g melted butter, 1/3 cup
1/2 egg
1 tsp baking powder
75 g chocolate chips, 2/3 cup
