🟢材料:
蕃茄 500克
薯仔(土豆)500克
豆腐 200克
薑 1小塊
雞湯粒♦ 1粒
鹽、胡椒粉 少許
熱水 適量

🟢做法:
1️⃣ 蕃茄去皮切小丁,薯仔去皮切小丁,豆腐切小丁。
2️⃣ 熱鍋下油爆香薑米,下蕃茄爆炒至軟爛,加入薯仔翻炒。
3️⃣ 加入適量熱水,放一粒雞湯粒,煮滾後煮5分鐘。
4️⃣加入豆腐,煮2分鐘。加入適量鹽和少許胡椒粉調味即可。

♦備註:雞湯粒可替換為魚湯粒或直接使用雞湯,素食人士可換成素上湯。

🟢 Ingredients:
Tomatoes - 500g
Potatoes - 500g
Tofu - 200g
Ginger - 1 small piece
Chicken stock cube♦ - 1 cube
Salt - a pinch
White pepper powder - a pinch
Hot water - as needed

🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Peel and dice the tomatoes, potatoes, and tofu into small cubes.
2️⃣ Heat up a wok with some oil and stir-fry the minced ginger until fragrant. Add the tomatoes and stir-fry until soft and mash, then add the potatoes and stir-fry.
3️⃣ Add an appropriate amount of hot water and a chicken stock cube. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
4️⃣ Add the tofu and cook for 2 minutes. Season with salt and a little white pepper powder to taste.

♦Note: The chicken stock cube can be replaced with fish stock cube or chicken soup directly. Vegetarians can substitute with vegetable broth.
