EP 6: A New Friend and Kakariko Village! | The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild

Welcome back to my playthrough of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild! 🎮✨

In this episode, I make a new friend – a horse! 🐴 I now have a travel companion, though he was quite difficult to control at first. He's definitely got a bit of an attitude, but we'll get the hang of it together.

I went back to see if I could finish the recipe quest the old man had left us, but it seems to have disappeared. Was that even a quest? Who knows! Regardless, the old man did leave us a gift, which was a pleasant surprise.

We continued our main quest and encountered many merchants selling great items. However, as you'll see, I'm quite thrifty and only spend when absolutely necessary or when something really catches my eye.

During our journey, we meet a delightful character named Hestu! Hestu's joyful personality and the benefits they provide made them an instant favorite. We officially start and complete our first proper side quest, adding another layer to our adventure.

The game is filled with amazing puzzles that you need to be on the lookout for, and I solve a few of them as we continue our journey. We finally reach Kakariko Village, where we meet some sweet and quirky characters, including two adorable kids. We also learn more about the story from 100 years ago and tackle yet another shrine trial, which was the best one so far. I even learn how to fight better!

Exploring the forests around Kakariko Village, I find a fairy who offers unlimited benefits in exchange for money. It was quite the discovery!
