Acute back pain is among the most common pain a human body undergoes. This video will provide you 8 different measures which you can take anytime and anywhere.

1. Give rest to your body for maximum 2-3 days (not complete bed rest) unless some major pain in any body part occurs.
2. Carry out your daily activities after 2-3 days avoiding work including heavy weights.
3. Ice pack on the pain area during rest days and later on hot pack.
4. You can take medication for pain but not more than a week.
5. Keep a pillow below your knees while lying on bed to relax your muscles while lying straight or in a curled position while lying sideways.
6. Back extension exercises are useful and to be done after 3-4 days after doctor's advisory.
7. Balanced meal is important with proper hydration and nutrients.
8. Do not self treat yourself. Take the consultation from a doctor and act accordingly.
