This spring we built a Bridge over a brook where 3-4 trails meet up. This stream is seasonal flowing the heaviest in the Spring and Fall, but drying up in July and August. While it's not too deep, the crossing robs enough speed to make it annoying and the the water causes sand to stick to your bike. Not a huge deal, but it's something we've wanted to. We waited a few years to build anything here to see how the water flows during different points of the year and after several very heavy rainstorms.
