[HD] Simple, But Gets The Job Done Well - Route 323 128 Street

In this video, we review a route that was upgraded to upgraded to articulated buses in the January 2024 timetable revision. Route 323 serves the trunk route along 128 Street in Surrey. Recently, it was revealed that the route had now jumped to the 12th busiest bus route in the entire Metro Vancouver region. This represents a 40% increase between 2022 and 2023. Route 323 is the scapegoat for a growing trend in the TransLink network: reinvestment of service hours into Surrey and the resulting growth in ridership, and large ridership increases in the South of Fraser area. The current timetable revision is the result of articulated buses being taken off route 503 and reallocated to serve the 323.
