EFT Tapping For Alcohol Addiction!

In this video I show you how to release the addiction to alcohol with this really easy and simple tapping technique. This technique is called EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) which stimulates acupuncture points on the meridians and releases energetic blockages.

You can tap along with me in this video and I show in the video the points where you need to tap. This is just one round of tapping and you will need to do more rounds over some time to conquer the addiction.

You can use this technique for any craving you have, so just start tapping as soon as you feel the desire.

You may also need the support of organisations such as Alcohol Anonymous and supplemental support with Flushing Vitamin B3 Niacin, starting with a tiny amount and gradually building it up. Alcoholics are known to be depleted in vitamin B3.
