beef 1 kg
onion chopped 2
ginger galric paste 1 tbs
bread slices 4
egg 1
milk 1/2 cup
salt 1 tbs
red chili powder 1 tbs
termuric 1/2 tsp
whole spice powder 1 tbs
poppy seeds powder 1 tbs
ghee 2 tbs

🔷️ Ingredinets for kofta gravy
ghee 1 cup
cloves 5-6
black cardamom 1-2
green cardamom 3-4
bey leaves 1
cinamon 1 stick
onion puree 1 cup
tomato puree 1 cup
ginger galric paste 1 tbs
curd 1 cup
salt as required
red chili ppwder 1/2 tbs
termuric 1/2 tsp
coriander powder 1 tbs
whole spice powder 1 tbs
black peper 1 tsp or as required
green chili 3
fresh coriander leaves
water as required
