Die Lost Place Tapes sind zurück in Italien – zurück im verlorenen Paradies.

In dieser Folge erkunden wir ein prachtvolles Backsteingebäude, das mit seinen Zinnen stellenweise an eine Burg erinnert, aber eigentlich ein Palast ist. Ursprünglich erbaut zu Beginn des 18. Jahrhunderts beherbergte der pompöse Wohnsitz für ungefähr 100 Jahre mehrere Generationen einer Adelsfamilie unter seinem Dach, doch es war die Familie, die ab dem Jahr 1820 neuer Besitzer des Bauwerks wurde, welche bis heute ihre Spuren in der Gemeinde hinterlassen hat und unter deren Namen der Palast auch jetzt noch geführt wird.

Aus diesem Geschlecht stach eine Person hervor, ein Mann namens Francesco, über den man damals hinter vorgehaltener Hand flüsterte, dass er Tote beschwören würde. Man nannte ihn den Nekromanten!

The Lost Place Tapes are back in Italy - back in paradise lost.

In this episode we explore a magnificent brick building that – with it battlements - is reminiscent of a castle, but actually it is a palace. Originally built at the beginning of the 18th century, the pompous residence housed several generations of a noble family under its roof for around 100 years, but it was the family that became the new owner of the building from 1820 that left their mark on the community to this day and under whose name the palace is still known.

Of this aristocratic family, one person stood out, a man named Francesco, about whom people whispered behind closed hands that he would summon the dead. They called him the Necromancer!
