Here is a simple recipe for Qeema Matar (Minced Meat and Peas Curry):

Ingredients:

- half kg minced meat (beef, lamb, or chicken)
- 1 cups peas (fresh or frozen)
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ⁠4 to 5 whole red chillies
- ⁠1 small peice jawatri
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon ghee or oil
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tablespoons tomato puree (optional)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (optional)
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions:

1. Heat oil in a pan and add whole chilli and jawatri, Let them sizzle.
2. Add onions tomato Saute until onions are translucent.
3. Add the minced meat and cook until it's browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.
4. Add peas, coriander powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
5. Add 1 cup water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until the meat is cooked through and the peas are tender.
6. Garnish with cilantro and serve with rice, roti, or naan.
