Curry Pakora Recipe:

Ingredients:

- 1 cup gram flour (chickpea flour)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup lemon juice optional
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Curry leaves for garnish

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, mix together gram flour salt, red chillies turmeric powder
2. Add yogurt, Mix until a smooth batter forms.
Cook until curry comes to your desired thickness

Now prepare pakoras
Add two medium size onion cilantro green chillies salt and red chilli powder make a thick batter and fry pakora as per yoyr desired size

Cool down pakora then add into curry

Make tarkja

Take white cumin seeds and round whole reds chilli fresh curry leaves put them into hot oil wait until all stuff crackle put it into curry garnish with fresh coriander


Tips:

- Adjust the amount of chili pepper to suit your desired level of spiciness.
- You can add grated vegetables like carrots or zucchini to the batter for added flavor and nutrition.
- For a lighter version, bake the pakoras in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes instead of frying.
