This snack brings back a flood of memories from my childhood when we would visit the markets to shop and then have the vendors there selling there market snacks. Do give this recipe a try to enjoy some delicious jalebi with family & friends.
Ingredients & measurements list:
Batter:
1 1/2 Cups all purpose flour
6 Tbsp Corn starch
3/4 Tsp of baking soda
1/4 Tsp of orange food coloring
6Tbsp yoghurt
1/4 Tsp nutmeg
1 Cup water

Sugar syrup:
2 cups white sugar
1 3/4 Cups water
1/4 orange food coloring
8 Cracked cardamon pods
1 1/2 Tsp lemon juice
