Ingredients :-
Oil 60ml
Green chili 10-12
Tamarind 50gram
Onion 300gram
Curry leaves 10-12
Kalonji 2 pinch
Mustard seeds 2 pinch
Cumin ¼ teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder half teaspoon
Salt half teaspoon
Turmeric ¼ teaspoon
Tamarind water 1 cup
Roasted Dry coriander and Cumin powder half teaspoon
