Quick fix for a local band in need. Lucky for me, a new set of output tubes did the trick. The Classic 30 is a great amp, and when working sounds superb. The downfall is the EL84 tubes. Sound great however run hot until failing. Don't be afraid to move your tubes around and see if the hot one shows its true colors.
