Here’s an easy way to prepare peas:

Ingredients:
2 cups of fresh or frozen peas.
1 small onion, finely chopped.
2 cloves of garlic, minced.
2 tablespoons olive oil or butter.
1 cup chicken broth or water.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Juice of half a lemon (optional).
Chopped parsley for garnish (optional).

Instructions:
Heat the Oil:
In a medium-sized pot, heat the olive oil or butter over medium heat.
Sauté the Onion and Garlic:
Add the chopped onion and sauté until it becomes soft and golden.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
Add the Peas:
Stir in the peas and cook them with the onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes.
Add the Broth:
