Revisiting Colt's AR15 Rifle - 601, XM16E1, M16A1, M16A2, & M16A4

Lately, we have been focusing rather heavily on the AK family (and other Comblock firearms). So we felt it was time to revisit the Colt AR15. In this video, we present a general overview and a condensed history of the military's M16 rifle.

We begin with the original Armalite AR15, and then move into the Colt series. We run through the first Model 601, updated 602, and then the 603 which was first the XM16E1 and became the M16A1 after 1967. From there we talk about the changes that lead to the M16A2, and finally conclude with the last major rifle variant; the M16A4.
