ཟན་ means dough
གོང་ mean bundle ( dok dok)

The Tibetan staple food 'Tsampa' is known to be consumed in many different ways. A more common one is 'Pag' ('Tsampa' cake) which is known to many. 'Sengong' too is a very popular dish that is widely eaten and also lives up to its extraordinary dietary benefits.
Note: In this video, 'Kuttu Four' is used but 'Tsampa' (barley flour) and Millet flour can both be used instead of Kuttu flour

Process:
1st} Boil water
2nd} Sprinkle a small amount of flour to boil the water faster (optional)
4th} Add two teaspoons of salt
5th} Pour the Kuttu Flour into the boiling water.
4th} Stir and mix it with the water
5th} Mix till the flour stiffens
6th} Dip the serving spoon in water to avoid the 'Sengong' getting stuck to the spoon
7th} Serve and enjoy

Side-meal suggestion: It can be eaten with almost any side dish.
