Ingredients 材料:
1) Pandan Juice ( 斑兰汁):
• 70g Pandan leaves (70克斑兰叶)
• 150g Water (150克水)

2) Pandan Cake, make a 6” cake plus trees and Santas (班兰蛋糕,做一个6寸的蛋糕加上树木和圣诞老人):
• 5 egg yolks (5个蛋黄)
• 105g Cake flour (105克 低筋面粉)
• 75g Coconut Milk (75克 椰奶)
• 25g Veg. Oil (25克 植物油)
• 45g Pandan juice (45克 斑兰汁)
• 85g Sugar (85克 糖)
• 1/2 tsp Cream of tartar or lemon juice | 1/2茶匙 塔塔粉或柠檬汁

3) Pandan Cake, make a 6” cake only (班兰蛋糕,只做一个6寸蛋糕而已):
• 3 egg yolks (3个蛋黄)
• 60g Cake flour (60克 低筋面粉)
• 45g Coconut Milk (45克 椰奶)
• 15g Veg. Oil (15克 植物油)
• 25g Pandan juice (25克 斑兰汁)
• 50g Sugar (50克 糖)
• 1/2 tsp Cream of tartar or lemon juice | 1/2茶匙 塔塔粉或柠檬汁

4) Pandan Pudding/ Pandan Kaya (班兰布丁/班兰加椰):
*Part A (第一部分):
• 120g Coconut milk (120克椰奶)
• 160g Water (160克水)
• 70g Pandan juice (70克斑兰汁)
• 10g Gelatin sheets (10克明胶片)
• 80g Sugar (80克糖)
• 25g Butter (25克黄油)
• ¼ tsp Salt (¼ 茶匙 盐)
*Part B, mix separately (第二部分, 分别混合):
• 100g Water (100克水)
• 35g Corn starch (35克玉米淀粉)

5) Whipped cream frosting(奶油霜):
• 1-1/2 tablespoon Powdered sugar (1-1/2汤匙糖粉)
• ½ cup Heavy whipping cream (1/2 杯 重质淡奶油)
