▪️Oxtails - 1 Kg
▪️ Beef Bones - 1 Kg
▪️ Water - 10L

▪️ Carrots - 2x ( Medium or large )
▪️ Onions - 2x ( 2 Medium or 1 Large )
▪️ Ginger - 1x ( medium size or half large )
▪️ Galanga - 10 Slices
▪️ Garlic - 1 bulb
▪️ Cinnamon Stick - 3x
▪️ Star Anise - 5x
▪️ Green Onion - 3 stalks

▪️ Salt - 2 Tbsp
▪️ Fish Sauce - 5 Tbsp
▪️ Chicken Powder - 2 Tbsp
▪️ Brown Sugar - 4 Tbsp
▪️ MSG - 3/4 Tbsp ( optional )

✔️ Topping
▪️ Mint the long kind
▪️ Green Onion
▪️ Cilantro
▪️ Fried Garlic is a must have in your pho
