Time for some yummy in our tummies! Alot of people come to Macau looking for Portuguese food, but often stumble across "Macanese" cuisine instead - a fusion of Portuguese and Chinese recipes that has emerged from generations of east-meets-west culture in Macau. Our good friend Fu Gor's restaurant is one of our FAVOURITES when it comes to Macanese food! Not only is he so skilled at his art, but also puts his heart and soul into creating some truly delicious dishes that we resonate as a Macanese!
