[INDONESIAN]
Resep Sapo Tahu Seafood (untuk 5-6 porsi)

Bahan marinasi:
100 gr udang kupas sisa buntut
115 gr cumi, kupas
185 gr ikan gurami filet
¾ sdt baking powder
3 sdm putih telur
1 ½ sdt maizena
½ sdt garam
½ sdt lada putih

Bahan isian:
1 buah wortel
4 buah jamur champignon
½ bonggol brokoli
240 gr tahu telur tube

Bahan lainnya:
5 siung bawang putih
½ buah bawang bombai
15 gr jahe
2 batang daun bawang
500 ml air
2 sdm saus tiram
2 sdm kecap asin
1 sdm gula pasir
1 sdt kaldu ayam bubuk
1 sdt minyak wijen
3-4 sdm maizena
3 sdm air untuk melarutkan maizena

Langkah:
1. Potong ikan gurami filet, belah punggung udang, potong, dan sayat-sayat cumi lalu pindahkan ke dalam mangkuk
2. Marinasi dengan putih telur, maizena, baking powder, lada putih, dan garam, aduk rata
3. Potong-potong tahu telur tube lalu goreng beberapa saat, tiriskan
4. Di wajan yang sama, goreng ikan beberapa saat, tiriskan, goreng udang dan cumi 20-30 detik, tiriskan
5. Sisihkan minyak dan sisa kan sedikit lalu tumis bawang putih, jahe, dan daun bawang bagian putih hingga wangi
6. Masukkan jamur, bawang bombai, air, saus tiram, kecap asin, gula pasir, dan kaldu ayam bubuk, aduk rata
7. Larutkan maizena dengan air lalu masukkan ke dalam tumisan, tumis beberapa saat hingga mengental
8. Masukkan brokoli, wortel, tahu telur, ikan, udang, cumi, dan minyak wijen, aduk rata. Sapo tahu seafood siap disajikan

Seafood Claypot Tofu Recipe (yield 5-6 servings)

Ingredients to marinate:
100 g peeled shrimp, tail intact
115 g squid, peeled
185 g gourami fillet
¾ tsp baking powder
3 tbsp egg white
1.5 tsp cornstarch
½ tsp salt
½ tsp white pepper

Add-ons:
1 pc carrot
4 pc Champignon mushroom
½ pc broccoli
240 g egg tofu tube

Others:
5 clove garlic
½ pc onion
15 g ginger
2 pc green onion
500 ml water
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp chicken powder
1 tsp sesame oil
3-4 tbsp cornstarch
3 tbsp water to mix the cornstarch

Steps:
1. Slice the gourami fillet. Slit the back of the shrimp. Slice and score the squid. Place everything in a bowl.
2. Marinate with egg white, cornstarch, baking powder, pepper, and salt. Mix well.
3. Slice the egg tofu, then fry for a moment. Set aside.
4. In the same pan, fry the fish shortly. Set aside. Fry the shrimp and squid for 20-30 seconds. Set aside.
5. Set aside the oil. Leave some to stir-fry the garlic, ginger, and the white part of green onions until fragrant.
6. Add mushroom, onion, water, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and chicken powder. Stir well.
7. Dilute the cornstarch in water, then add to the sauce. Cook until it thickens.
8. Add broccoli, carrot, egg tofu, fish, shrimp, squid, and sesame oil. Mix well, then Seafood Claypot Tofu is ready to serve.
