-1 pound ground chuck
-1 pound ground pork
-1 - 1 1/2 cups unseasoned breadcrumbs
-3/4 cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano
-1/2 cup fresh parsley
-2-3 large eggs
-2 cloves garlic
-2 tsp kosher salt
-1/2 tsp black pepper
