Eggless ata carrot cake | Super Soft & Moist Cake | How to Make Easy Eggless Carrot Cake #cake


Ingredients:-
Chopped Carrot 1 bati
Milk 1/1/2 bati
Viniger. 1 tbsp
Atta. 1 bati
Baking powder. 1 tbsp
Baking soda. ½ tbsp
Kaju 25 gm
Salt 1 pinch
Jaggery. 100 gm
Vanilla essence. 1 tbsp

Method:-

Add 1 spoon of vinegar to milk and leave it for 15 minutes.

In a mixing bowl add a little warm water to the jaggery to dilute it.

Then add butter and stir it for 2-3 minutes.
Add atta, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix well all ingredients.
Add vinegar milk and stir together until just combined.
Add the milk and Whisk together all ingredients for about 5 minutes.
Add the grated carrot & kaju into the batter using spatula.


Lightly grease 9-inch round cake pans with baking spray or butter and line the bottoms of the cake pans with butter paper. Divide the carrot cake batter among the prepared pans.
Bake in an oven heated for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Let the cake layers cool completely in the pans on a wire cooling rack. Invert the cooled layers and remove the parchment paper.
