Essential Rum Cocktails: The Piña Colada

Playing around with Bacardi Rum today and making a fun and whimsical drink that's tiki and tropical.

Ingredients
45 ml pineapple juice
juice of half a lemon
30 ml coconut milk
45 ml Bacardi Gold
30 ml Bacardi Black

Mix together and shake with ice. Strain over a Collins glass and garnish.
