Step 1: What you will need.
Popping Cork
Fluorocarbon/Mono-filament Leader
Croaker Hook (Size 3) - Live Shrimp
or
1/16th Ounce Jig Head - Gulp
or
DOA Shrimp
Step 2: How to rig.
Tie leader length to where your bait of choice is 8-12in from the bottom. Attach bait of choice.

Step 3: How to fish a popping cork.
If using live shrimp pop the cork every 7-10 seconds! If using a DOA or Gulp pop the cork approximately every 5-7 seconds.
